Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a CCTV Server and Client Workstation for the Siedlce District Court Video Surveillance System

The procurement covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a new CCTV server and client workstation for the VENO video surveillance system at the District Court in Siedlce. The work includes removing two existing servers and the client workstation in the security room, preserving existing recordings, and integrating the new solution with the current system and infrastructure without losing existing configurations, licences or operational continuity. The solution must store recordings from all 91 cameras for at least 30 days, extending the current 10-day period, operate continuously 24/7 and provide recording throughput of at least 450 Mb/s. Requirements include, among other things, a system SSD of at least 500 GB NVMe, a RAID array using enterprise-grade drives suitable for continuous operation, drive-failure monitoring and replacement without shutting down the server, a 19-inch 2U rack server, redundant power supply, and compatibility with VENO and NOVUS Management System VSS. The supplier must also provide a VSS licence expansion and an NMS client workstation. The work includes configuration, integration, testing, user training and handover of as-built documentation. The contract must be completed within 42 days of signing, and the bid must include a warranty of at least 24 months. The bidder must have properly completed at least one contract during the past three years for the supply, installation and commissioning of a CCTV system, with a net value of at least PLN 65,000. A PLN 2,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price before signing the contract. Price is the sole award criterion.
