Provision of a long-term loan of PLN 2,600,000

Summary

Lipsk Municipality is seeking a long-term loan of up to PLN 2,600,000: PLN 1,530,000 will cover the planned budget deficit and PLN 1,070,000 will repay previously incurred loans and bonds. The loan may be drawn in instalments on written request; each disbursement must be made within three business days, and the final instalment no later than 31 December 2026. Principal will be repaid quarterly from 2027 to 2034 in instalments of PLN 81,250, with interest paid quarterly. The interest rate is 3-month WIBOR plus the bank’s fixed margin; the disbursement commission is 0%, and no other fees or commissions are permitted. The municipality may leave part of the loan unused or repay it early without charge. The loan will be secured by a blank promissory note and a promissory note declaration. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must be authorised to conduct banking business in Poland and perform the banking activities covered by the contract. The bid submission deadline is 30 October 2026 at 12:00. Bids must be submitted electronically using the prescribed form and signed with an accepted electronic signature.
