Supply and installation of three audiovisual systems for recording interviews

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation, configuration, deployment and commissioning of three audiovisual systems for recording interviews at the district courts in Aleksandrów Kujawski, Radziejów and Rypin. The systems must be delivered by 21 December 2026. Installation and deployment, including staff training, must be completed by 31 March 2027. The products supplied and services performed are covered by a 24-month warranty starting from signature of the relevant acceptance record. To participate, a bidder must have completed at least one relevant contract worth at least PLN 300,000 gross within the last 3 years. The bid must include the required declarations and a PLN 5,000 bid security. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 2% of the gross bid price. Price is the sole award criterion. Subcontracting is permitted, but the bid must identify the subcontracted portion and the subcontractors.
