Supply of pea coal for the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The tender seeks approximately 25 tonnes of pea-sized hard coal for heating community centres and fire stations in Gmina Rypin during the 2026/2027 heating season. The quantity may increase or decrease by up to 10% depending on actual needs. The coal must be delivered in 15–25 kg bags, including transport and unloading, to the storage and workshop base in Głowińsk. Delivery is to be made once, within 14 days of contract signing. The coal must have a calorific value of at least 24 MJ/kg, ash content no more than 10%, sulphur content no more than 1.0%, moisture no more than 10%, an RI caking index no higher than 60, and a grain size of 5–40 mm. A quality certificate issued by the producer or an authorised body and a delivery note must accompany each batch. The contracting authority may reject a non-compliant batch or require its replacement at the supplier’s expense. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation score and the invoice payment period for 40%. Offers must be submitted in Polish through the e-procurement platform by 13 October 2026 at 14:00. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
