Delivery of heating oil to Rokitno Primary School

Summary

The tender covers the successive delivery of heating oil for the oil-fired central heating system at Rokitno Primary School. The estimated quantity is approximately 30,000 litres, though actual requirements may vary; each order must be for at least 5,000 litres. Bidders must use the producer’s wholesale price of PLN 5,846/m³ as at 5 October 2026 as the pricing baseline and offer a fixed monetary discount that remains unchanged for the contract period. The bid must include a valid concession for trading in fuels and the required declarations and proof of authority to represent the bidder. No bid security or performance security is required. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 13 October 2026.
