Supply of vegetables, potatoes and pickled vegetables
Summary
The contract concerns the regular supply of vegetables, potatoes and pickled vegetables to the Łupków Prison and its external unit in Moszczaniec from 1 November 2026 to 30 June 2027. Deliveries will be made in batches; the products and quantities required are generally notified 48 hours in advance. The technical specification states that deliveries are to take place weekly between 8:00 and 13:00, excluding weekends and public holidays. Transport is at the supplier’s cost and risk. The procurement has three lots, and bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots: Lot I – beetroot, 9,000 kg; onions, 7,400 kg; dessert apples, 2,600 kg; white cabbage, 6,700 kg; carrots, 12,800 kg; parsley root, 2,000 kg; celeriac, 2,000 kg; and white edible beans of the Jaś variety, 700 kg. Lot II – 54,000 kg of edible potatoes, all of one variety, packed in 30 kg non-returnable mesh bags. Lot III – 4,000 kg of sauerkraut and 300 kg of pickled cucumbers. The quantities are estimates, and actual purchases may be up to 30% lower. Fresh produce must be whole, clean and fresh, with no signs of rot or mould, bruising, or damage caused by disease or pests. Vegetables must be packed in non-returnable bags and fruit in crates. Sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers must be supplied in hermetically sealed, leak-proof buckets with at least 30 days of remaining shelf life on the delivery date. Bids must comply with the tender documents; the lowest-priced bid will be selected. Bidders must submit the required declarations concerning exclusion and compliance with participation conditions. No specific turnover, experience or staffing requirements are set.
