Supply of heating oil to the School and Preschool Complex in Bolimów

Summary

The contract covers the supply of an estimated 50 m³ of heating oil to the School and Preschool Complex in Bolimów over six months, delivered in batches as required to Sokołowska 24. The supplier must load, transport and unload the oil at its own cost and risk; deliveries are to be made on working days between 8:00 and 15:00. At a reference temperature of 15°C, the fuel must have a flash point of at least 61°C, sulphur content no greater than 0.2% by mass, calorific value of at least 42.6 MJ/kg, water content no greater than 200 mg/kg, and density no greater than 860 kg/m³. A quality certificate must accompany each batch. The quantity is an estimate, payment is based on the quantity actually delivered, and the contracting authority may adjust the quantity to meet its needs. The bid price is based on the manufacturer’s wholesale price plus or minus the bidder’s margin or discount, which remains fixed throughout the contract. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%), delivery time (20%) and invoice payment period (20%). Bidders must hold authorisation to trade in liquid fuels and civil liability insurance with a minimum insured sum of PLN 200,000. The required declarations and price form must be submitted with the tender; the highest-ranked bidder must also provide evidence of its authorisation and insurance.
