Supply of a petrol-powered wheeled wood chipper

Summary

The procurement is for one new, 2026-model, petrol-powered wood chipper on a wheeled chassis, for the Rybnik Roads Authority. The machine is intended for shredding branches, shrubs and other wood waste. Its gross vehicle weight must be 2,100–2,500 kg, engine displacement 2,300–2,500 cm³ and engine power 74–90 hp; exhaust emissions must meet at least Stage V. Requirements also include, among other features, a fuel tank of at least 90 litres, a hydraulic-oil tank of at least 40 litres, a feed system with two feed rollers, a drum with at least four knives, and the specified hopper, discharge chute, chassis, controls and safety equipment. The bid must identify the manufacturer and model and confirm compliance with the technical specification. Delivery to the contracting authority must take place no later than 50 days after contract signature. The bid price must include all delivery-related costs, including transport, installation, commissioning, training and warranty. The warranty must be at least 12 months, and the warranty service point must be within 150 km one way of the contracting authority’s premises. Bids are evaluated on price (60 points), delivery time (30 points) and warranty period (10 points). The budget is PLN 320,000 gross. To participate, the bidder must demonstrate that it delivered at least two wood chippers during the previous three years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 260,000. The procurement is not divided into lots, and no bid security is required.
