Supply of laboratory supplies

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of laboratory consumables for the Leśny Bank Genów Kostrzyca laboratory in Miłków. Bidders may tender for one or more of the four packages, but each tender for a package must cover the full scope of that package. The packages are: I – 3 packs of transparent self-adhesive sealing film for PCR plates, 100 sheets per pack; II – 5 packs of sterile, autoclavable, low-retention 10 µl filtered pipette tips, 960 tips per pack; III – 4 packs of 10 µl pipette tips in bags, 1,000 per pack, and 2 packs of the same tips in trays, 960 per pack; IV – 2 packs of 12.5 µl filtered automatic pipette tips, 3,840 per pack. Equivalent products may be offered in place of the named examples if they meet at least the specified technical requirements; the bidder must demonstrate equivalence. The goods must be delivered in a single shipment, at the bidder’s expense and risk, to the contracting authority’s premises within 28 days of contract signature. Offers are assessed on price (60%) and delivery time (40%); a 7-day delivery time receives the maximum score for delivery, while 28 days receives no points for that criterion. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish with the signed offer form, the price schedule for the relevant package and a declaration concerning exclusion grounds. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 10:00.
