Regular delivery of processed meat products with transport to the Olympic Training Centre in Władysławowo

Summary

The procurement covers regular delivery, including transport, of 46 lines of meat and poultry products—including sausages, hams, bacon, pâtés and other processed meat products—to the Olympic Training Centre in Władysławowo. Deliveries are to be made in partial consignments as required by the centre over six months from contract signature. An order placed by 3:00 p.m. on a working day must generally be delivered by 8:00 a.m. on the next working day. Deliveries may be ordered Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The supplier must use suitable transport and carry the goods into the warehouse designated by the centre. Products must meet the assortment, composition, packaging and quality descriptions in the tender. They must be fresh, of good quality and have an adequate use-by period, with suitable packaging and transport, and comply with standards PN-A-82007 and BN084/8014-05. Some products have specified minimum meat content or maximum fat content, package-size limits or a gluten-free requirement; package weights must remain within the stated limits, subject to a ±20% tolerance. Estimated quantities may change to reflect actual demand, and payment is for goods actually delivered; however, the contract provides for a minimum payment of 60% of the contract gross value. The total contract value must not be exceeded. The offer must identify the name and manufacturer of the proposed product for each of the 46 assortment lines and describe its characteristics, weight and package size. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. The deadline for submitting offers is 12 October 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Before the contract is signed, the successful bidder must provide the required written confirmation of valid civil liability insurance and maintain that coverage throughout the contract.
