Purchase of generator sets, an inflatable tent, a quad, a backhoe loader and a mini excavator

Summary

This procurement, funded through the Civil Protection and Population Protection Programme, is divided into five lots: generator sets for volunteer fire units; a backhoe loader; a mini excavator with a transport trailer; an inflatable tent with equipment and a transport trailer; and a 4×4 quad utility vehicle with a snowplough and transport trailer. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots and must identify the manufacturer, model and version of each offered item. Equipment must be new, compliant and originate in an EU Member State or a country covered by an international agreement permitted under the procurement rules; evidence of origin must accompany offers for lots 2 and 3. Delivery, unloading and preparation for use are due by 4 December 2026, and at least two people must be trained. All lots require a warranty of at least 12 months, with up to 24 months available; price and warranty duration are weighted at 60% and 40%, respectively. An initial statement confirming the absence of exclusion grounds must also be submitted. The offer deadline is 12 October 2026 at 10:00.
