Aggregate supply and machinery rental for unpaved road maintenance

Summary

The procurement covers aggregate supply and road-maintenance works, including machinery rental with operators, to keep unpaved roads passable in Aleksandrów. It is divided into three lots, each involving improvements to an approximately 400 m section of unpaved municipal road: cleaning, grading and levelling, laying aggregate, and shaping the shoulders. Aggregate quantities are 516 tonnes, 235 tonnes and 241 tonnes respectively. Permitted materials are 0–63 mm limestone aggregate, crushed dolomite aggregate or metallurgical slag aggregate. Deliveries are made to locations specified by the contracting authority in response to its orders, within no more than three working days, Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 15:30. The works comprise 7 machine-hours for road cleaning, 18 for grading and laying the surface, and 20 for shaping shoulders in Lot 1; 5, 9 and 13 hours respectively in Lot 2; and 5, 10 and 10 hours respectively in Lot 3. The contract runs until 15 December 2026, and the minimum aggregate quantity ordered will be 80% of the quantity specified for the relevant lot. Bidders must also meet the stated quality and safety conditions and provide delivery documentation, while complying with the employment requirements for operators.
