Purchase and delivery of equipment for podiatry and sterilisation rooms

Summary

The procurement is for the purchase and delivery of equipment and supplies for podiatry-training and sterilisation rooms under the Active School 3 project. Bids may cover any of four lots: Lot I—6 cryosurgery devices, 11 electrocoagulators, 1 laser nail-fungus treatment kit, 5 temperature-sensation testers, 5 sensory-testing instruments, 5 tuning forks for vibration testing and 9 magnifying lamps; Lot II—3 dressing kits, 2 disinfection baths, 4 sterilisation-pack labellers, 3 waste bins of at least 50 litres, 3 mobile packaging-paper stands, 1 set of four sterilisation baskets, 7 stainless-steel sterilisation trays and 7 surgical-instrument sets; Lot III—1 autoclave, 1 ultrasonic instrument cleaner, 1 luminometer and 1 rotary heat sealer; Lot IV—sterilisation sleeves in various materials and sizes, plus 7 instrument-care products of at least 400 ml. All products must be new and meet the technical specification; equivalent solutions are allowed if the bidder demonstrates compliance. Delivery is due by 30 November 2026. Delivery includes transport, unloading, carrying items into the premises, installation where required and instruction in equipment use. The goods must have a warranty of at least 24 months, with maintenance and repair service during the warranty period. Service availability is required on weekdays from 8:00 to 15:00, with a response no later than two hours after notification. Offers are evaluated on price (60%), warranty duration (35%) and social aspects (5%). The social criterion earns 5 points if at least one employee with a disability is assigned to the contract for at least 0.25 full-time equivalent throughout its duration.
