Guarded storage of removed vehicles up to 42 tonnes in Wodzislaw County

Summary

The procurement is for operating a guarded parking facility for vehicles of up to 42 tonnes, excluding vehicles carrying hazardous materials, removed from roads in Wodzislaw County. The service will run for 36 months from 16 November 2026. If the contract is signed after that date, the 36-month period will start on the date of signature. The contractor must receive, store and release vehicles around the clock, seven days a week; document each intake and take photographs; notify the contracting authority; allow authorised access and inspections; and accept civil liability for damage to or loss of stored vehicles. Drivers must have access to running water and a toilet. The bidder must have access to a compliant guarded parking site: at least 1,000 m², lit and guarded or monitored around the clock, permanently fenced to a height of at least 1.5 metres, and with a hardened surface. It must accommodate at least 30 vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes and 3 vehicles over 16 tonnes at the same time, be in Wodzislaw County beside a road open to vehicles of up to 42 tonnes, and provide running water and a toilet. The bidder may have access to the site through ownership, a lease or another agreement. Throughout the contract, staff responsible for documenting and notifying vehicle intake and release, reporting vehicles not collected on time, and supervising the parking site must be employed under employment contracts.
