Adaptation and renovation of the Frombork day-care facility

Summary

The contract covers the adaptation and renovation of a municipal flat in the Frombork primary school building for use as a day-care facility. Works include building and finishing work in the rooms, electrical and sanitary installations, alteration of an external wall, an accessible lift and an external staircase. The contractor must also arrange conservation supervision and supply, and where needed install, furniture, other fittings, and children’s educational and play materials. The works and handover must be completed by 1 December 2026. Bidders must demonstrate two qualifying previous construction projects and provide a construction manager with at least five years’ experience and the required professional qualifications. No separate economic or financial standing requirements apply. The bid must include the required declarations and the price schedule for fittings and educational materials, and must cover the entire contract. It must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 10,000 bid security is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security of 5% of the gross tender price. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and warranty period for 40%; the minimum warranty is 24 months and the maximum period counted for scoring is 36 months. Workers performing specified activities must be employed under employment contracts where the nature of the work requires this.
