Reconstruction of the playground in Kowalewo Pomorskie

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction of the playground in Kowalewo Pomorskie. The contractor must supply and install new playground equipment and small architectural features, including various play structures, swings, climbing and spinning equipment, themed play vehicles and stations, an educational memory game, and 8 litter bins. The works also include repairing the existing roundabout, benches and rope slide; relocating four steel masts with new foundations; installing or topping up a sand or gravel safety surface; and providing information and rules boards. The contractor must hand over proper as-built and geodetic records, technical data and equipment certificates. Equipment must comply with standards PN-EN 1176 and PN-EN 1177. The works must be completed within 6 months of contract signing. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period for new playground equipment (40%); the offered warranty must be 60, 72 or 84 months. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of its tender price and insurance with coverage of at least the contract value.
