The contract is for the purchase and delivery of one new, versatile stationary and mobile ultrasound system, manufactured in 2026 or later, to support primary healthcare. The system must support general diagnostic, vascular, small-organ, musculoskeletal, urological, gynaecological and obstetric, and adult cardiac examinations, and include colour Doppler. The supply includes a complete, ready-to-use system, installation, configuration, documentation and staff training; delivery is due within 30 days of contract signature. The bid must identify the manufacturer and model and include evidence of compliance, including CE documentation. The system must meet detailed technical requirements, including a frequency range of at least 1–20 MHz and a Full HD monitor of at least 23 inches. New convex and linear probes are required: the convex probe must cover at least 2–5 MHz and have a scanning angle of at least 70 degrees; the linear probe must cover at least 5–12 MHz and have an imaging width of at least 40 mm. Required features include PW and CW Doppler, tissue harmonic imaging, elastography, a microflow imaging mode and examination packages for the specified clinical areas. A cardiac phased-array probe is optional but earns additional points. Bids are evaluated on price (60%), quality parameters (30%) and warranty period (10%).
