Electricity supply and distribution for Namysłów County organisations for 12 months

Summary

The procurement covers the sale of electricity together with distribution services to 20 consumption points serving 10 organisational units of Namysłów County from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The successful bidder must arrange the change of electricity supplier, ensure continuous supply, handle electricity balancing and provide consumption and billing data. Ten separate comprehensive contracts will be signed, one for each organisational unit; two school sites have solar microgeneration installations. The bidder must hold an electricity sales concession; a distribution network owner must also hold a distribution concession, while other bidders must have a valid distribution services agreement with the relevant network operator. No specific financial or technical capacity thresholds are set. The bid must include the completed bid form, price schedule and required declarations. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). The contracting authority may increase supply by up to 15% of the contracts’ net value, at the same unit prices in the price schedule; use of this option is not mandatory. Billing will be based on actual consumption, with payment due within 21 days of invoice issuance.
