Psychological assessments to identify the individual needs of participants in the “Together for Activity” project – Edition III
Summary
The tender covers psychological assessments of 21 participants aged 16 or older in the “Together for Activity” project to identify their individual needs. The group includes 10 people with disabilities and 11 people connected with foster care. Each participant must receive an individual meeting and a written assessment addressing their circumstances, personal and social barriers, strengths, needs and development opportunities, and recommending suitable social and vocational activation support. Assessments must use interviews and professional tests; the contractor bears the cost of its diagnostic tools. The contractor must provide at least two qualified psychologists. Each assessment, including preparation of the written report, is allocated 3 hours, for a total of 63 hours. Meetings take place in Wadowice: with participants connected with foster care, Monday to Saturday at a time agreed with the contracting authority between 8:00 and 20:00; with participants with disabilities, on weekdays from 8:00 to 14:00, and on Saturdays if needed at a time set by the contracting authority. Remote delivery is not permitted except in cases allowed by law and health-authority guidance. The bid must state the total price for 21 assessments and select a deadline of 3, 5 or 7 working days after each meeting for submitting the written assessment. If no deadline is selected, the maximum of 7 working days applies and no points are awarded for the timeliness criterion. The contract runs until 15 December 2026; if participants withdraw, the order may be reduced by up to two people, with a minimum of 19 assessments. The detailed bid and service conditions should be checked in the tender documents.
