Outpatient Rehabilitation and Group Physical-Activity Sessions

Summary

The procurement is divided into two parts for residents of Ciechanów. Part I covers outpatient rehabilitation: an initial assessment and individual rehabilitation plan, followed by a 10-day treatment course, a final assessment and, where appropriate, instruction on exercises to continue at home. The participant may receive up to five services per day, or up to 50 during the course. The guaranteed volume is 200 participants, with an option for the contracting authority to order services for up to 50 additional people. Participants arrange their own transport. Part II covers 10 group physical-activity sessions, each for up to 20 participants and lasting no more than 60 minutes. Sessions may include general exercise, yoga or Pilates and must be adapted to participants’ abilities. The contractor provides a suitable venue in Ciechanów, equipment, safety arrangements and attendance records, and prepares a brief report for each session. Services run from contract signature until 31 December 2028. Bidders must meet the selection criteria for the relevant part: Part I requires registration in the healthcare-provider register and a qualified professional with at least six months of relevant experience; Part II requires at least one instructor with an accepted movement-activity qualification. Evaluation awards 60 points for price, 20 for the start time, 10 for offering services after 4 p.m., and 10 for the environmental criterion. Part I rewards exclusive use of biodegradable cleaning products; Part II rewards holding at least two of the ten sessions outdoors.
