Round-the-clock security at the Świdnica District Prosecutor’s Office

Summary

The procurement is for round-the-clock physical security services at the Świdnica District Prosecutor’s Office building at 1 Maja 21 and its surrounding grounds. The contract runs for 24 months, starting no earlier than 29 January 2027 at 8:00 and ending on 31 January 2029 at 8:00. The service includes one continuously staffed security post, CCTV monitoring, screening visitors and their baggage, managing keys, patrolling the building and grounds, and responding to breaches, alarms and other hazards. The contractor must personally provide the daily guarding service. The bidder must hold a valid licence to protect persons and property and demonstrate the required experience: at least three comparable contracts performed within the previous three years, each lasting at least 12 months and worth at least PLN 300,000 gross. Security personnel must be employed full time under employment contracts, have no criminal convictions or pending criminal proceedings, and have a positive opinion. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the frequency of security-service quality checks carries 40%; checks every two weeks score 40 points, monthly checks score 20, and quarterly checks score 0. No tender guarantee is required.
