Relationship Coaching Service

Summary

The procurement is for a relationship coaching service under a social services project in the Municipality of Mrocza. The coach will provide individual emotional, developmental and practical support to older people, people who are ill or have disabilities, their informal carers, and people experiencing loneliness or social isolation. The service aims to strengthen family and social relationships, encourage participation, and help people manage everyday life and pursue personal goals. The planned volume is 780 hours over 12 months, averaging 65 hours per month, with an estimated 50 service users, including 8 new participants. Each person will usually receive 10–12 individual sessions, amounting to at least 10 and up to 24 hours of support per person. Sessions will take place as needed at the social services centre or at the participant’s home within the municipality; an average 20-minute return journey for home visits is included in the service time. The contract runs from signing until 30 September 2027. The contractor must provide a suitably qualified coach, follow the agreed schedule, protect personal data and submit service records. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the coach’s additional experience (40%).
