Cybersecure Waterworks in Brzozie Municipality

Summary

The contract covers strengthening cybersecurity across the IT and OT systems of the water and wastewater infrastructure in the Brzozie municipality. The contractor must supply, install, configure and commission the required equipment and software, and provide cybersecurity services. The procurement is divided into three parts: the organisational part covers an information security management system, risk analysis, data-protection policies, incident-response procedures, business-continuity planning and disaster recovery; the competence part covers cybersecurity training for employees, managers and IT staff; and the technical IT/OT part covers the purchase, supply, installation and configuration of security equipment and systems. Bids may be submitted for one, two or all three parts. The work must be completed within 40 days of contract signature. Bidders must meet the relevant part’s experience, certification and team requirements and provide the required evidence; bids for Part 3 must also include the technical-parameters form and product documentation. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and the experience of the person assigned to the work (40%).
