Three-year extension of the Software Assurance support package

Summary

The procurement covers a three-year extension of the manufacturer’s Software Assurance support for 7 Windows Server Datacenter Core packs covering 112 cores and 650 Windows Server user CAL licences. It also includes delivery of one new perpetual Windows Server Datacenter Core licence with three years of Software Assurance support for 16 cores. The licences and proof of entitlement to the manufacturer’s support must be provided within 5 days of contract signing; support runs for 36 months from the signing of the unconditional acceptance certificate. Bids are evaluated on price alone. The bidder must submit an electronic bid in Polish, signed by an authorised representative, together with the required declaration concerning exclusion grounds and participation conditions. No specific turnover, experience, or staffing thresholds are set.
