Extension of technical support and licenses for the Rapid7 vulnerability scanner

Summary

The procurement covers a 12-month extension of the licenses and manufacturer technical support for the Rapid7 Vulnerability Management (InsightVM) and Rapid7 Application Security (InsightAppSec) vulnerability-scanning software used by the Polish Patent Office. The renewed licenses must be activated on 24 October 2026 and retain at least the current capacity: 2,060 licensed assets, up to 999 scan engines, 2,060 applications, one vulnerability-management console, 2,060 attack-surface assets, up to 2,060 billable cloud resources and unlimited automation workflows. Support must include 24/7 manufacturer assistance, security and system updates, and fixes and new versions at no extra charge. The contractor must provide support in Polish, accept electronic requests, assist with configuration, operation and upgrades, and respond to problem reports within 3 hours. Eligible bidders must be official Rapid7 partners and integrators at Gold level or higher and must have delivered at least one technical-support service for the Rapid7 vulnerability scanner within the last 3 years to an organisation with at least 200 users. Price is the sole award criterion. The deadline for submitting bids is 8 October 2026 at 10:00.
