Accommodation and catering services abroad

Summary

The contract concerns organizing accommodation and catering services abroad for a group of students and teachers from Zgierski Zespół Szkół Ponadpodstawowych im. Jana Pawła II (Zgierz). The contractor will provide services for two groups: Group I (43 participants: 40 students + 3 teachers) and Group II (3 teachers) in Nea Mesangala, Greece, with at least a 3-star hotel; all participants to be accommodated in one hotel; meals three times daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner); conference room and additional facilities as required by the contract; project funded by Erasmus+; payments in euro and contract terms outlined in the contract. Price will be used along with the free-cancellation period to evaluate bids; the winner will be chosen based on price and cancellation terms.
