Integration trips

Summary

The tender concerns bus transport services for social integration activities under the Razem możemy więcej – integracja społeczna w Gminie Józefów project. It comprises two parts: Part I – eight coach trips to religious-cultural routes and cinema/theatre visits; Part II – two cinema trips for 42 and 50 participants under the Center for Social Services in Józefów project. The service is to be provided from contract signing until 30 June 2027, with travel dates to be agreed with the contracting authority. Requirements include a minimum seating capacity (34 for Part I and 50 for Part II), air conditioning, first aid kit, luggage space, and driver with valid license; safety and supervision during transport; replacement vehicle in case of breakdown; the service shall be invoiced per trip based on actual kilometers; VAT responsibilities apply; confidentiality and data protection obligations; subcontracting allowed under monitored conditions; and general contractual provisions regarding inspection, penalties, and possible contract changes under applicable law.
