Office cleaning services for the Trzyrzeczki Protected Area Office in Lipsk at Kościelna 5

Summary

The tender concerns the cleaning of the office spaces of the Trzyrzeczki Protected Area Office located at Kościelna 5 in Lipsk. The contract runs for 12 months. The contractor shall perform cleaning once per week (4 times per month) outside office hours starting at 15:30 on weekdays. The bid must cover all costs (cleaning agents, disinfectants, maintenance supplies, fragrances, trash bags, WC accessories and paper products). Materials must be approved for use and used as intended, and the contractor is responsible for safety and order and for any damages arising during the contract. Subcontracting of parts of the order is allowed. Payment terms are net 30 days from receipt of invoice.
