Summary

The tender concerns accommodation and catering services abroad for Erasmus+ project participants. Two groups will be accommodated in Greece at Paralia Neou Panteleimona hotel from 19 to 30 October 2026: Group I with 32 participants (29 students and 3 supervisors) and Group II with 6 students. The hotel must be at least 3-star and all participants must stay in the same hotel. Catering includes three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner); additional provisions include WiFi access and quiet hours. Prices are gross and include VAT; invoices issued per group; financed by Erasmus+; terms and conditions follow the SWZ.
