Installation of a photovoltaic system at the Maksymilianowo community centre

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of an approximately 20 kWp rooftop photovoltaic system at the community centre at Kościelna 2 in Maksymilianowo. The work includes installing PV modules with optimisers, a hybrid inverter and a 30 kWh energy storage system, cabling and AC/DC protection, a smart meter, and submitting the micro-installation connection notification to Enea Operator. The system must prevent electricity from being exported to the grid, and the storage system must also provide emergency backup power to the building. The work must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract. The bidder must have completed at least two projects during the preceding three years involving the supply and installation of PV systems of at least 20 kWp each with energy storage, and must provide a suitably qualified electrical works manager and a certified renewable energy installer. There is no turnover threshold. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40% of the evaluation score; the minimum warranty is 3 years, and periods up to 5 years are considered. No tender guarantee is required, but before signing the contract the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract value.
