Delivery of fuel in cashless transactions: Pb95 unleaded gasoline and diesel for the Lesko County Road Authority based in Baligrod

Summary

This procurement concerns cashless fuel supply to the Lesko County Road Authority (Baligrod office). The contract covers delivery of diesel and unleaded Pb95 gasoline in estimated volumes of 8,000 liters and 800 liters respectively, to fuel vehicles and service machinery. Fuel must be delivered through cashless transactions and comply with PN-EN 228 and PN-EN 590 standards. The bidder must have a valid concession/license to trade liquid fuels and own at least one fuel station within 2,500 meters of the Purchaser’s premises, open Monday–Friday from 7:00 to 15:00. The price will be based on wholesale net prices published on ORLEN's website on 17 September 2026, and invoicing must include a detailed breakdown per vehicle and fueling event. Subcontracting is permitted with appropriate commitments.
