Delivery of fuel II

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of coal fuel to four sites in Poland (four lots). Lot 1: 75 tonnes of eco-groszek type 32.1 to SDOO Słupia Wielka; Lot 2: 75 tonnes of eco-groszek type 32.1 to ZDOO Śrem Wójtostwo; Lot 3: 20 tonnes of eco-groszek either type 31 or 32.1 to ZDOO Nowa Wieś Ujska; Lot 4: 2 tonnes of nut coal (orzech) with a size range 25-80 mm to ZDOO Kościelna Wieś. Each lot requires coal meeting specified parameters (granulometry, calorific value, ash, sulfur, moisture, and caking index). Delivery is by the contractor's transport to the indicated addresses; transport costs are included in the price. With each delivery, the supplier must provide a fuel analysis card confirming parameters (calorific value, ash content, sulfur content, moisture) or a document showing these parameters according to Polish standards (PN). The contract allows partial bids (for any subset of lots 1–4). Delivery time is max 3 working days after order; payments are due within 30 days of invoice; failure to deliver may incur a 20% contractual penalty. Independent lab testing of delivered fuel may be performed at the expense of the supplier; no framework agreement is planned.
