Summary

The procurement concerns regular deliveries of light heating oil grade L-1 for the Gdański Lodowisko in 2027. Deliveries will be loading, transporting and unloading directly into the customer’s tanks, with a maximum estimated volume of 70,000 liters and a guaranteed minimum of 17,500 liters. Two delivery periods apply: 1 January to 31 March 2027 and 1 November to 31 December 2027. The product must meet PN-C-96024:2020-12 grade L-1 or an equivalent specification with required quality parameters (density, calorific value, flash point, sulfur, water, solids, pour point, viscosity, distillation, and residues). Each delivery must be accompanied by a quality certificate; invoicing is based on liters at 15°C; the autocistern must have a legal metering system. The contract runs until 31 December 2027.
