Transportation of students with disabilities to kindergartens and schools in Stalowa Wola Municipality with care provision

Summary

This tender concerns organizing and carrying out transportation of students with disabilities from their homes in Stalowa Wola Municipality to educational facilities and back, including on-the-vehicle care. The contract is divided into five Parts (I–V) corresponding to specific routes. Part I covers transport to Zespół Szkół nr 6 Special in Stalowa Wola (Al. Jana Pawła II 21) for at least 21 students; Part II to Teresy i Seweryna Dolanskich Special Education Center in Grębów for at least 21 students; Part III to Rudnik nad Sanem; Part IV to Ośrodek Radość Życia in Sandomierz; Part V to NZOZ Ośrodek Rehabilitacji Dzieci Niepełnosprawnych in Stalowa Wola. The estimated service days are: Part I – 219 days; Part II and IV – 187 days; Part III – 187 days; Part V – 230 days. The service includes vehicle provision, route driving, assistant support for boarding/alighting, handling of necessary equipment, and supervision during transport. The contract will require qualified drivers and caregivers, proper vehicle standards, safety equipment, and appropriate insurance, with the option to use resources from other entities if permitted by the contract provisions.
