Transport of disabled students to schools during the school year from 1 October 2026 to 25 June 2027

Summary

The tender covers transporting six disabled students in one vehicle adapted for transporting disabled persons from the Nowe Brzesko area to designated schools in Poland and back. The service will be provided on school days from 1 October 2026 to 25 June 2027; the routes are approximately 54 km in the morning and 66 km on the return journey, and transport must include supervision of the pupils. The bidder must hold a passenger transport licence and provide at least one suitably authorised driver, a separate attendant trained in first aid, and an adapted vehicle with at least 6 passenger seats. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 23 September 2026. The tender guarantee is PLN 4,000. Price accounts for 60% and the vehicle’s year of manufacture for 40% of the evaluation score; a 2024–2025 vehicle receives 40 points, a 2022–2023 vehicle receives 20 points, and a vehicle manufactured in 2021 or earlier results in rejection of the bid.
