Comprehensive gas fuel supply with distribution to facilities administered by the Municipal Property Management in Libiąż for 2027

The procurement concerns a comprehensive gas fuel supply with distribution to facilities administered by the Municipal Property Management in Libiąż for 2027. The estimated annual consumption is 1,200,500 kWh to be distributed to multiple take-off points. Distribution will be carried out by the Distribution System Operator (OSD), Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. The contract will be governed by the SWZ and its attachments. Prices will include the unit gas price, distribution charges and subscription, and payments are due within 21 days of invoice. The contract period is 01.01.2027–31.12.2027, subject to a successful change of supplier procedure.
