Wood pellet supply to Orla Primary School for the 2026/2027 heating season

The procurement concerns the successive supply of up to 300 tonnes of wood pellets to the boiler room of Orla Primary School during the 2026/2027 heating season. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 100 tonnes. The supplier must load, transport and unload the pellets into the school’s pellet storage facility; each delivery may be up to 16 tonnes and must be completed within 2 working days after an order is placed. The first delivery will take place after 1 October 2026, and the contract will run until 31 May 2027. The pellets must comply with PN-EN ISO 17225-2, hold an ENplus A2 certificate and meet the specified quality parameters. A manufacturer’s quality certificate must be provided with every delivery. The bidder must have liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000 and experience with at least two wood-pellet deliveries of at least 150 tonnes each during the last three years. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 10:00; price is the only award criterion.
