Organisation and delivery of group training under a foster-care support project in 2 parts
Summary
The tender covers the organisation and delivery of two parts of an in-person group training programme under a foster-care support project. Part 1 concerns managing difficult behaviour in children and young people; Part 2 concerns the causes of risky behaviour. The training is intended for foster carers supporting children aged 0–25 who may have experienced trauma, disabilities or other difficulties. Offers are due by 23 September 2026 at 16:00. The service must be delivered in Olsztyn, with a minimum of 5 teaching hours. Part 1 must be delivered within 6 months of contract signature for 13–23 participants, and Part 2 within 4 months for 18–28 participants. Price carries 60% of the evaluation, delivery time 35 points, and declaring the employment or assignment of at least one person from a socially excluded or at-risk group 5 points. The contractor must provide a qualified trainer, training programme and materials, attendance and evaluation records, completion certificates, breaks, catering and accessibility arrangements where needed. Coffee and tea must meet specified Fair Trade social criteria and be supported by an eligible label or equivalent evidence.
