Winter maintenance of Bojszowy commune roads

Summary

The contract concerns winter maintenance of Bojszowy commune roads totaling 23.150 km, and pedestrian/cycle paths totaling 20.175 km, maintained by the Powiatowy Zarząd Dróg in Bieruń, for the 2026/2027 season. Activities include snow removal of county roads, anti-icing using salt and sand, and winter maintenance in accordance with the SWZ and related appendices. The contract will be awarded based on two criteria: price (60%) and response time (40%), with a maximum duration of 175 days from contract signing. Bidders must demonstrate insurance coverage of at least PLN 1,000,000, available technical capacity (minimum two snow removal vehicles, including at least two sidewalk-clearing vehicles with 1.2–2.0 m width or equivalent), at least one supervisor and four staff, and relevant prior experience (at least one winter maintenance project in the last three years with value not less than PLN 80,000). Consortium arrangements are allowed subject to meeting the specified conditions and providing appropriate documentation.
