Winter maintenance of municipal roads in the Mirzec municipality in the 2026–2027 season

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads in the Mirzec municipality from 15 November 2026 to 15 March 2027. The services include snow removal, anti-skid treatment using a sand-and-salt mixture containing 20% salt, snow removal where necessary, and continuous readiness for call-outs. The total road length covered is 56.735 km; 50.576 km is designated for a single snow-removal operation and 39.406 km for treatment with the mixture. The estimated quantities are 1,011.52 km of snow removal, 788.12 km of anti-skid treatment and four months of standby readiness, but the actual volume will depend on weather conditions and the contracting authority's needs. The bidder must have at least two spreader-plough vehicles and one tractor with a plough, third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 150,000, at least two properly completed winter road maintenance references with a gross value of at least PLN 200,000 each, and an equipment and materials base located no more than 5 km from the boundary of Mirzec municipality. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the invoice payment period for 40%.
