Supply of food products to the school canteen – tasks 1–8

Summary

The tender covers recurring delivery of food products to the canteen of Primary School No. 1 in Sulejowek from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027. It is divided into eight lots: mixed groceries; meat, poultry and cold cuts; fish and frozen products; dairy; bread and sweet or savoury products; delicatessen products; vegetables, fruit and pickled products; and eggs. Lots 1 and 8 require weekly deliveries, while lots 2–7 require daily deliveries, all delivered to the school and carried inside to the location indicated by the canteen manager by 7:30. Orders are placed electronically or by fax every Thursday by 13:00 for the following week. The purchaser may increase or reduce ordered quantities by up to 50% and does not guarantee use of more than 50% of the total initial order volume. Products must be first-grade foodstuffs, properly packaged and labelled, compliant with food-safety and HACCP requirements, and have at least 15 days of remaining shelf life after delivery. The supplier must use its own compliant transport at its own cost and risk. The offer deadline is 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the award score and invoice payment period for 40%; the accepted payment periods are up to 21 days or up to 30 days. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
