The tender concerns the supply of milk, cream and dairy products to the specialist hospital in Gorlice for six months. The contract is a single lot and covers the full assortment listed in the price form, including approximately 23,000 litres of milk with at least 2% fat, 500 litres of milk with at least 3.2% fat, 20 kg of whole milk powder, 700 litres of 30% cream, butter, yellow and smoked cheese, cottage cheese, yoghurts and lactose-free products. The detailed quantities and product specifications are set out in the assortment and price form. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 09:00 and remain binding until 21 October 2026. The supplier must complete the required offer and price forms, provide the required exclusion and participation declaration, and deliver compliant food products under the draft contract. Deliveries are generally required five times per week on working days between 06:00 and 08:00, according to the hospital's partial orders. The supplier bears delivery costs and must replace defective or non-compliant goods within 24 hours.
