Site development around the Special Schools Complex in Wieluń

Summary

The tender concerns site development around the Wieluń Special Schools complex. Works include demolition of the existing concrete pavement, construction of mineral‑based and elastic paving, delivery and installation of small architectural elements, the creation of test flower beds, a sensory path, installation of a rainwater storage tank, an irrigation system, and planting of sensory plants including trees, shrubs, perennials and grasses, as well as rain gardens and earthworks. The project must be carried out in accordance with applicable construction, environmental protection and safety standards. The completion time is one month from the date of contract signing. The project is funded by ERDF and Łódź region funds. Award criteria are: price (60%), warranty (20%), and the use of environmentally friendly planting materials (20%).
