Current purchases – creating and maintaining municipal civil protection resources necessary for civil protection and civil defence tasks

Summary

The tender covers the supply of equipment, supplies and personal protective equipment needed for civil protection and civil defence tasks for the Municipality of Brzeźnica. The procurement is divided into two lots, and a bid may be submitted for one or both lots; however, each selected lot must cover all items included in that lot. Delivery must be completed by 30 November 2026 at the latest. The supplied equipment must carry a warranty of at least 24 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation awards 60% for the gross price and 40% for the warranty period. No bid guarantee is required.
