This tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of the electrical installations across all Donostia International Physics Center buildings, as well as the supply, installation and maintenance of a condenser bank. The contract includes semi-annual inspections of electrical switchboards, an annual thermography report after the first maintenance, and an initial energy audit at the start of the contract, with potential for additional maintenance during the contract term.
