Traffic-light systems maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns continuous maintenance and repair of the traffic-light systems in Vila Nova de Famalicão, together with the supply of the required equipment and materials. The scope covers traffic lights and LED modules, controllers, cabinets, cabling, detectors, solar panels, batteries, signs, painting, civil works, vehicle call-outs and technical interventions. The contract has a base value of EUR 60,000 excluding VAT, lasts up to 730 days (two years), has no lots or renewals, and is awarded on price alone. The standard delivery or service deadline is 15 days from each municipal request. For level A interventions, response must be within 2 hours and resolution within 4 hours; for level B interventions, the applicable limits are 12 and 24 hours or, for certain locations, 24 and 48 hours. Offers must be submitted electronically by 20 September 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for 90 days. No bid or performance security is required, but electronic invoicing is mandatory.
