Summary

Delivery of cereals, pulses and various food products to the Zakład Karny w Sztumie (Sztum Prison). The contract includes unit prices, calculation of net and gross amounts with VAT, and the total gross value. Deliveries will be carried out progressively according to partial orders placed by the ordering authority, with packaging labeling requirements (product name, expiry date, net weight, producer’s name and address). Payment terms are up to 30 days from receipt of a correctly issued invoice.
