Provision of service: Protection of the building, persons and property at the Sochaczew District Court building

Summary

The tender concerns security services for the Sochaczew District Court building at ul. 1 Maja 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, for 12 months from 21 December 2026 at 14:00 to 20 December 2027 at 14:00. The contractor shall provide 24/7 protection with two guards patrolling around the building, 24/7 monitoring by an intervention group with a four-minute response time, and building monitoring, including at least 15 additional free group intervention calls for testing response times. The service covers a 1654 m2 four-story building and totals 17 472 RBH. Wage requirements, full-time employment for security staff, uniforms, equipment, training and compliance with applicable laws are required. Price will be evaluated with 60% weight for price and 40% for response time; other administrative and risk management requirements apply.
