Supply of heating fuel to boiler rooms in the buildings of Łaszczów Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the scheduled supply, transport and unloading of heating fuel to boiler rooms in buildings belonging to Łaszczów Municipality, divided into three lots: 5 tonnes of lump coal, 55 tonnes of eco-coal, 15 tonnes of wood pellets and 50,000 litres of light heating oil. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. Deliveries will be made according to the contracting authority’s needs on working days between 8:00 and 15:00, and bidders must offer a delivery time of 48 to 96 hours from the order. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and delivery time 40%. The bid submission deadline is 24 September 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must submit a compliant electronic bid in Polish with the participation and exclusion declarations and ensure the required fuel quality and supporting evidence.
