SAP MM Test Manager / Coordinator

Summary

The tender concerns external coordination of testing for the rollout of the SAP MM module. The contractor must plan and define the overall test concept, prepare use cases, test scripts and test data, coordinate and monitor testing, document and prioritise results, coordinate defect resolution and retesting, report progress, support acceptance and knowledge transfer, and work closely with the project management, procurement, IT and business teams. The service is scheduled from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, with possible three-month extensions unless either party objects at least six calendar weeks before the end of the relevant period. Services are generally remote, but on-site availability in Munich is required once a week. The offer deadline is 16 September 2026 at 10:00. A separate offer is required for each candidate, with a maximum of five offers per bidder; alternative bids are not permitted.
